Optiplfx keep in mind that I cannot boot from any of the devices at this moment. Intel didn’t sell one of those boards or chipsets without 4 SATA ports.
Copy the file to a floppy disk. Older DELL machines suffer from this issue often. This would resolve your problem and prevent it reoccurring in the future.

Molly, I did the F12 to boot from the devices menu and each one of the devices gave me an error message: Turn on the system. If the problem has still not gone, you can look into changing your memory – it could be going bad and can be a contrkller factor. Thank you very much for your advice and support in advance.
